Here is a list of our various yoga and movement classes:

  • Mini Me & Me Time Yoga—this yoga class is for children ages 2-5 and their parents. Come together in a lighthearted environment for individual and partner yoga. Age-appropriate poses, animated breathing exercises and soothing relaxation techniques awaken the inner-child of all participants. Laughter and love fill each class. This bonding class is open to extended family members and caregivers, too.
  • Wonder Yoga Ages 7-13—this class encourages independence and expands the mind. These classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Sequences include balancing poses, breathing exercises and relaxation and meditation techniques. Yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that boost social skills. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga.
  • Wonder Tap Ages 7 and Up—want to have happy feet? Learn and perfect your beginner or intermediate tap skills with Mrs. Allison.
  • Movement for the Stage: Dance & Audition Technique—are you a singer or an actor who wants to fine-tune your dance skills? Do you want to learn to dance and movement for the stage without committing to a dance recital? This class is for you! Learn safe and healthy dance techniques you can use in auditions for musical theatre or just for fun. We’ll warm up with classic ballet before moving into musical dance.
  • Yoga for Performers Ages 9 and Up—minds and bodies come together through independent and group activities that stimulate physical strength, emotional balance and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, flowing sequences, breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation techniques. Students will gain a deeper understanding of breathing, mindfulness and self-awareness.
  • Adult Yoga Ages 18 and Up—take a breather on your lunch break. Recharge with adult yoga classes.
